This purse features mother of pearl inlay cross the top of its gold tone frame and a serpentine chain handle. Bright floral petit point needlework contrasts the black background. A little make-up mirror with the Crown Lewis insignia on it slides into its own pocket in the black satin lining. Lewis handbags were sold in all the top-notch department stores from the 40's through the 60's.
